Ministry of Information staff receive computer layout training in Qatar

Members from the national newspapers received computer layout training in Doha, Qatar, in line with the existing cooperation agreement reached between the Eritrean Ministry of Information and the Government of Qatar. The training given by Peninsula and Al-Neshir publishers was conducted from 10 to 31 July and included lessons in Cark express that would help the trainees in upgrading their skills in newspaper layout.
Expressing their appreciation to the Ministry of Information and the Government of Qatar, the trainees said that the training would help to facilitate their work.
In recognition of the fact that the media plays vital role in national development and thus present to the public timely, accurate and educational information, the Ministry of Information is engaged in providing training opportunities at home and abroad for its staff members.
