Tessenei, 9 July 2010 - Conducive ground has been created for members of Homib Construction Company who are playing active role in the national development drive through engaging in various tasks to acquire experience and upgrade their skill, according to ERINA correspondent.

The members stated that the Company has created job opportunities for them in which they could gain experience and upgrade their skill, which in turn enabled the company to develop and expand.

They further noted the significance of the continuous training programs being offered to them in improving their potentials and accomplishing work performance effectively. 

Reports indicated that wood and metal workshops have opened in the company with a view to upgrading the skill of the members. In this regard, they explained that the implementation of various development programs in Tessenei sub-zone and its surroundings fully attests to the competence of Homib Construction Company.
