The Embatkala Bridge along the Asmara-Massawa road which used to cause damage on human and property during the rainy season has been renovated through the coordinated endeavors of Gedem Construction Company, the public and EDF members.
5th Central and Eastern Confederation of African Football Association (CECAFA) Cup under 20 which was officially opened yesterday at the Asmara Stadium continued for the second day.
The Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Arefaine Berhe, stated that commendable agricultural activities have been undertaken in different areas of the Gash-Barka region owing to this year’s promising rainy season. He made the statement during his tour of inspection to observe summer agricultural activities in the area.
