Eritrea Festival in the western coast of USA was conducted from August 13 to 15 in Oakland city, California, with patriotic zeal.

The Eritrean Police in Anseba region highlighted the need of making coordinated endeavors on the part of the society and all government institutions in nurturing disciplined and dynamic juveniles who refrain themselves from engaging in criminal acts.

President Isaias Afwerki today received and held talks with a Sudanese delegation headed by Mr. Mussa Mohammed Ahmed, Assistant to the Sudanese President and Chairman of the East Sudan Front.  President Isaias asserted that Eritrea in principle supports the unity of Sudan, and underscored that all Sudanese forces should work jointly for the realization of such an objective.

National team participants of the CECAFA Cup under 20 say that member states have valuable lessons to draw from Eritrea’s excellent organization of the major regional tournament being held for the first time in the country. 

At an assessment meeting it held in Keren, the Education Ministry’s branch in Anseba region disclosed that the role and contribution of the society have a vital role to play for the success of the efforts being exerted to upgrade the quality and competence of schools.
