Inhabitants and employees of Aikota reiterate readiness for the success of the national resolute rebuff
Shambuko, 12 March 2010 - The inhabitants of Aikota and employees in the area, Shambuko sub-zone, voiced determination to fulfill what is expected of them for the success of the national resolute rebuff.
Expressing conviction that the Eritrean people would step up the pace of development endeavors, they asserted that they would enhance contribution in efforts to achieve food security.
In a meeting they held, the participants stated that the programs being implemented on the basis of internal resource are bearing concrete outcome on the ground, and stressed the need for exerting more endeavors so as to register still greater achievements.
Lauding the voice of justice and truth echoed by Eritrean citizens in the Diaspora in denouncing the vicious US sanctions resolution, they underscored that the extensive worldwide demonstration is a historical event that fully attests to the fact that Eritrean people are always the pride and dignity of the nation wherever they are.
The Administrator of Shambuko sub-zone, Mr. Abubaker Mahmoud, called on the local inhabitants to carry out development activities in an enhanced manner.
