Inhabitants of Adi-Tsetser leading better standard of living
Adi-Tsetser, 13 March 2010 - The inhabitants of Adi-Tsetser, Laelai-Gash sub-zone, expressed satisfaction with continued Government assistance which is making due contribution in enabling them to lead a better living standard.
Noting that they were displaced as a result of the TPLF regime’s war of aggression, the inhabitants pointed out that the Government continues to make vigorous endeavors towards expanding reliable social services aimed at improving their living condition.
They went on to say that thanks to the efforts being made to expand equitable social service in remote areas, the inhabitants of Adi-Tsetser have equally become beneficiaries of such services.
Highlighting the significance of the putting in place of social services and the various types of assistance extended towards improving their standard of living, they expressed satisfaction with the undertaking of various development activities, including the construction of water reservoirs, terraces and embankments.
The Administrator of the area, Mr. Tekleab Berhane, explained that the necessary ground has already been laid that would enable the local inhabitants lead an improved standard of living, and that they have already get access to potable water supply and education.
