Customers in Asmara express satisfaction with fruits and vegetables supply
Asmara, 26 April 2010 – Asmara residents have expressed satisfaction with improvement in the supply of fruits and vegetables at fair price produced through irrigation farming. Reports indicated that such developments are the outcome of the substantial investment made and the necessary infrastructure facilities put in place, as well as the enhanced awareness on the part of the farming community. Mr. Tekeste Gebrezgiabher, one of the city customers, said that the increased market supply of fruits and vegetables is making due contribution in stabilizing price fluctuations.
