Barentu, 1 February 2012 - The inhabitants of the villages of Giega, Balak and Daleko, Sisima administrative area in Barentu sub-zone, expressed readiness to back up the on-going development programs in their locality.

They told Erina that they have begun renovating the road along their respective villages and Shambuko. They further indicated that they would actively participate in Barentu-Mendefera road which is under construction in view of the fact that it is of vital importance in their daily lives.

The inhabitants also explained that the service-rendering institutions in the area are playing significant role in alleviating social problems.
