Health station in Aimen rendering commendable pre-and post-delivery care service

Assab, 6 February 2012 - The health station in Aimen administrative area, Southern Red Sea region, is rendering commendable service particularly in pre-and post-delivery service.

The inhabitants said that pregnancy and delivery complications that were previously encountered in the administrative area are no more, and lauded the endeavors being made to provide social services.

Mr. Biniam Michael, a nurse, said that the health station is rendering service to more than 5,000 people and that no death has been registered related with delivery complication.

Likewise, the Area Administrator, Mr. Mohammed Abdalla, commended the dedication of health personnel in the area, and that more pregnant mothers are resorting to medical care thanks to continuous awareness promotion campaigns.
